The seller’s fee is $1,500. The remaining brokerage fee is as follows: sum of (i) greater of (a) $1,500 and (b) 5% of final sales price, plus (ii) 10% of the difference between the agreed minimum sale price and the final sales price upon completion of a successful transaction. This is applicable to all remote consignment sales avenues: traditional remote consignment, auction management, or wholesale.
