Please fill out an initial consignment submission form with as much thorough detail as possible while answering the question prompts.
Upon submission, we’ll respond within 48 hours to let you know the best sales avenue for your specific vehicle and/or request additional information for a comprehensive listing.
Dependent on the vehicle and its market, we’ll collaboratively determine the optimal sales avenue, whether through traditional remote consignment, auction management, or wholesale. Once we have all necessary information and a mutual direction, the seller will pay the listing fee to finalize.
Based on the information and images provided by the seller, we will either manage the vehicle’s auction on a prearranged auction website or create a comprehensive remote consignment listing to showcase the vehicle on our website and relevant sales platforms.
Once buyers indicate their interest in a vehicle through a remote consignment listing, an inquiry is automatically sent to us first. We validate and vette their interest, then subsequently contact the seller with the buyer’s contact information to further the deal.
After establishing communication through Symmetry Motorsports Management’s online remote consignment, a deal is to be completed directly between the buyer and seller. Once a deal has been struck, both parties will be contacted with the safest and best steps toward a successful transaction – this includes necessary DMV paperwork, shipping recommendations if applicable, and preferred payment arrangements.

Buyers
Please visit the respective listings you’re interested in and indicate your interest by clicking “I’m Interested!” The seller’s name will be visible.
This will prompt a contact form that will be sent to us, where we’ll answer what we can, share our car-specific expertise, and promptly connect you with the seller.
Once a deal has been struck, both parties will be contacted with the safest and best steps toward a successful transaction – necessary DMV paperwork, shipping recommendations if applicable, and preferred payment arrangements.

In an effort to provide seamless transactions and unparalleled transparency, Symmetry Motorsports Management has built a large network of reputable automotive shops throughout many of the lower 48 states who are recommended for a pre-purchase inspection. Please indicate whether this is a step you’re interested in conducting, and we’ll schedule a ‘PPI’ with the seller and shop dependent on their zip code. Please note that this is at the seller’s discretion, buyer’s cost, and shop’s availability.
